The Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers. You’ll lead the onboarding and setup process for new firms, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to Acounta. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to make sure every customer is set up for long-term success from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full implementation process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand firm workflows, needs, and goals
- Configure the Acounta platform to match client requirements
- Train firm owners and their teams on best practices and platform use
- Manage timelines, expectations, and communication across stakeholders
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless post-implementation handoff
- Collect feedback and share insights with the product team to help improve our platform
- Continually refine onboarding processes to drive faster time-to-value
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management
- Experience working with professional services firms, especially CPA or accounting firms, is a big plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- Tech-savvy with a knack for simplifying complex processes
- Familiarity with practice management, signatures, invoicing, or CRM software is a bonus
