Looking for teachers and staff to serve in K-12 classical schools across the country. More than 1500 exist today–and the number is growing. Classical Commons connects talent to local school communities, both public and private.
Teachers should be proficient in a subject area–mathematics, literature, childhood literacy, etc.–and be interested in the liberal arts tradition of classical education.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and an eager disposition for working with children (grades K-5) or young people (grades 6-12).
The best teachers are teachable–and always learning. So, the ideal candidates are those whose search for knowledge is matched by their pursuit of virtue.
