Position: Middle School Teacher
Reports To: Director of Academics
Location: CCA 333 Inverness Dr S Ste 100 Englewood CO 80112
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
Reporting Period: August 1 – May 31 (school breaks off except required staff development days)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview:
Middle school teachers at CCA deliver engaging instruction while nurturing academic growth, character formation, and spiritual development within a Christ-centered learning community.
Responsibilities:
- Teach assigned subject areas with rigor and creativity
- Mentor and support students academically and socially
- Integrate biblical worldview into curriculum
- Maintain a structured and relational classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership
- Participate in chapel, events, and professional development
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Teaching certification or eligibility
– Elementary teaching experience preferred
– Commitment to Christian education
Contingency:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and compliance with all applicable state and licensing requirements.
