The Behavioral Consultant (BC) provides behavioral support and intervention to children, youth and families in the home, school and community settings.
Job Functions:
· maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
· collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress
· complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
· consult with members of client’s team
· lead team meetings and overall clinical treatment needs for client
· develop and monitor individualized intervention, treatment and crisis plans
· electronic paperwork submission
Sign on Bonus:
· non-licensed clinicians are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus paid out when full-time caseload has been established
· licensed clinicians are eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus paid in two $2500 increments paid out when full-time caseload has been established
Retention Bonus:
· Retention bonus paid quarterly after sign on bonus – based on hours billed
REQUIREMENTS:
· Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or other mental health degree
· Official transcripts, degree and licensure
· Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
· Updated TB test
· Updated physical
· 3 reference letters

Salary: $50,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
