Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative functions to keep organizational operations flowing smoothly and efficiently.
- Activate action items from meetings, ensuring tasks are delegated, tracked, and completed across departments.
- Support member and agency onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and communication pathways.
- Maintain organized digital systems, files, reports, and administrative databases for internal use.
- Coordinate calendars, sessions, trainings, interviews, and program-related logistics.
- Prepare summaries, progress reports, checklists, and communication briefs for leadership and partner agencies.
- Assist with staffing pipeline coordination, ensuring candidates, agencies, and internal teams remain aligned.
- Provide front-line administrative support for Melanin Valley programs, including Generational Wealth Membership, Disaster Behavioral Health Education & Services Program, and Streampreneurs.
- Maintain a proactive approach, anticipating operational needs and preventing delays.
- Serve as a professional, organized, and supportive representative of the Melanin Valley mission.
