Based with OU Foundation Investments, the Investment Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by managing essential yet often unseen tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and data maintenance while offering opportunities to leverage your technical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Operations Functions
- Manage daily investment data entry, including transactions, valuations, and qualitative data.
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations between the internal and external book of record.
- Lead investment performance measurement and reporting.
- Assist with onboarding new investments, ensuring that all relevant documentation and data points are captured accurately in internal systems.
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Support compliance and audit preparation.
- Draft and maintain comprehensive operational and technical documentation.
Technology Integration
- Develop an understanding of our data systems and gradually assist in researching, designing, and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve performance reporting and decision-making.
- Learn to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and support the implementation of enhancements that improve team effectiveness and efficiency over time.

Equivalent Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in investment operations, banking, accounting, finance, or related field.
