Defense Fellow, U.S. Department of Defense

Roger is a Defense Fellow at the United States Department of Defense. Working his way through a rotational program, Roger has finished up a stint in acquisitions for the US Army and is currently working as a legislative liaison between the Defense Department and Congress.
