>> My name is Kimberly Hall. I'm Director of Operations at a boutique law firm in Bethesda, Maryland. Essentially my job encompasses a lot of things. Initially it started off just doing a lot of operational HR, making sure data things were OK. But it has taken on a bigger role I would say. We do a lot of audits and things with U.K. governments and in general countries around the world. So, I interact with any number of people. I work late. If I need to communicate with somebody in Australia on the phone I am usually at work at 9:00 p.m. trying to talk to them, so when they're starting their next day, their morning. I walk in the door, and I'm assaulted by any number of questions, comments, concerns that have happened over night. We have a team that gets there usually around six or seven in the morning. So, they're able to assess things that have happened over night. And then by the time I get there see where they developed. Then from there, there are any number of things including checking bank accounts. We have foreign accounts. Probably about 25 around the world in different currencies that we have to deal with. So, making sure that everything is OK with that. Checking with clients to make sure that everything is OK with them and did they get their money, did we receive our money, things of that nature. At some point I'll have lunch maybe around dinnertime. But I work in very close quarters with the president and vice president of the company. I'd say we're on the smaller side, about 20 people. So, I have an opportunity to work with everybody, you know, whether it's our admin assistant, a person in IT, contracts around the world. I work very closely with everybody. I love it. I love it. I think that in any job, especially for me, I need to interact with people. It's a lot harder to get things done. And I'm in charge. So I need things to get done absolutely. So, I like it. I love it actually.
