>> My name is Shang Vang [phonetic], and I'm an event planning manager. I work for Hyatt Regency Orange County. I've worked with them for almost nine years just planning conferences, workshops, from associations to corporate, and I've done social events with weddings and catering on, on that, on that side as well, and private parties and, and things like that. But right now, I actually do large markets and so I work with groups of about 2-300 rooms per night up to 650 nights. So we had a recent group -- -- that we, there were probably close to 1,700 people there for a week. It was an electronic company. So -- -- there's one aspect where you handle, we handled the rooms, and we have to control how the reservations are booked. How many rooms have been booked and can we add any more. What, what inventory do we have left to give them and things like that. So on the rooms aspect, we're constantly dealing with, you know, rates and, and being sold out and then dealing with overflow blocks and whatnot. And that's exactly what we dealt with with this group because they were such a large capacity. They required such a large capacity of rooms, we had to manage their block in a way that was sensitive to the attendees to get them all in. In addition, to help them work with overflow blocks and book with other hotels that are close by. And then on the events side, we're dealing with production crews and how we can manage them and all their vendors, and managing their meals, where to place everything in order to, to make the conference successful.
