>> I'm EJ Bouler [phonetic] I am just recently promoted to general council, and I'm at Tech Inc [assumed spelling] it's an IT services company, so I have been in house council and I got the big promotion. It's not really a huge difference, so I'm hoping. So I had to advise the company on everything legal, so if we get sued by anyone, or if we sue anyone, then I have to sort of, it buys them kind of the best route to take, and then if it's out of my area of expertise, I'll find the right outside council and bring in various other, other lawyers to help out. So, I come from a family of lawyers, so I have like the brother that's in employment and then you know, a cousin that's in mergers. And so I, so that's all sort of bring in people, and then from law school, connections are made it school. So, so that's what I do, and I also review all the contracts for the companies, so we have federal practice, but it's still for the government contracting that are specific to that, so I have to be up on all those, the federal regulations, and then we do a commercial work and education, plus and be able to do contract review for basically any part of the company, and then in any state and we operate in Canada, India, and the U.S. So it's not the same by any means, it's not one of those jobs where you know what you're going to do. But I come in, so usually I'm on phone calls for a couple hours a day. It's some there's always someone that has some issue. Someone, but maybe they violated a non competing agreement, or we want to do some work we haven't done before. Not sure of use sort of can we match up our, our company's work with another companies subcontracting agreement. I'll be on the phone explaining these constants for maybe a third of the day. And that's just a broad spectrum of things. And then probably another third of the day, I'm actually weeding through contracts and sort of redlining like each, every thought you know, it's all. And then the rest of this each, ev-- that we got, you know it's all. And the rest is it's just, you never know. I mean there's just so many things that come through or you know, we've got almost 1,000 employees like I said, all over the world, so I'm the legal so anything, all kinds of crazy things come through. So it's just, the rest you never know.
