>> My name is John Campilongo; I am a managing director at a company called SEI. I've been working there for over 21 years; got that job out of college from Temple. I am responsible for technology for our U.S. advisor market. At the end of the day, what I'm responsible for is making sure that our investment products and our technology platforms for our financial advisors are all deployed successfully, that our products are used, that our technology is sound and that, you know, really we get good client consumption of our technology initiatives. So when I come in, an average day for me typically is I come and make sure that all of our products and technology platforms are up and running, there aren't issues. Are there any client issues, any client concerns, have we done something as a trade failed, people getting the money that they thought they get. In the investment space, time is money and people do not wait in this space, they do not wait for anything and there's a high demand for things to be immediate. So an average day for me consists my day making sure we're okay and then meeting with my product managers, going through how they're doing, issues that they've got with products, prioritization over the next couple weeks, typically we'll do some of that. I spend time in meetings talking about business need, what our business requirements will be, where we'll be six months a year out, working with technology people on what those initiatives are, how we get those delivered, how much have we spent, time and cost, managing the projects to deliver, et cetera. I'll meet up with my management staff, my boss and our management team on where we are with various initiatives and then I also spend time -- I do spend time, I try to stay close to the development folks, the folks that are actually building the code 'cause I feel like when I keep my ear close to the track with them, I tend to find out more than if I don't and I think they appreciate that and I like to talking to them and that's my former background actually.
