>> My name is Brent McDonald. I'm a management trainee at Cintas Fire Protection. Basicall, what I do is, I'm in a two-year training program with Cintas. First, I start out in a role of service, basically servicing sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, fire extinguishers and fire alarms. Then I go into an office role, crunching numbers, looking at spreadsheets, managing my own team. Then, I go into a year of sales, learning to be driven, learning with good customer relations and learning the sales process. A day in the life begins at 6:30 AM. First off, a little bit of office work. Get your paperwork together for the day to come. Get your POs in order. Then, you're out on the road. You're out on the road. You're with your fire service technicians, getting a little more advanced knowledge, getting your hands dirty with all the sprinkler systems and the fire alarm panels, learning the basic business, the basic business processes of the day. We go and we do that until about 3:30. We get back, I get put to work doing different projects. I am personally in charge of getting our regional repair center more revenue. So, I've been working on that on a daily basis. And my day kind of ends around 5:30. End of the two-year program, I kind of choose my own direction of where I want to go. I can choose to become a service manager, if I enjoy service and, you know, being out in the field and working with the techs. I can choose to be a sales manager, if I really enjoy sales and customer relations. Or I can go into anything different. I can go into marketing and work for corporate, or I can be an HR Manager for the region. It really is really what you're interested in and what your skill sets are. Cintas gives you the training and the ability to do well, wherever you want to go.
